Lifemaxxing covers the part of self-improvement that people actually change: the face, the body composition, the hormones underneath both. Looksmaxxing, testosterone, aesthetics, and the biohacking that sits behind them.
The rule here is mechanism first. Most writing in this space works backwards from a product, then reaches for a study that flatters it. This site goes the other way. What is the pathway, what moves it, how much does it move, and what does it cost you. When the honest answer is that nobody has measured it in humans, that gets said instead of covered up.
Who publishes this
Lifemaxxing is published by Tony Huge, who has been documenting his own enhancement protocols in public since 2014, including the bloodwork and the runs that went wrong. That matters for two reasons. He is not a neutral observer of this field, and you should read anything here about him with that in mind. And some articles cover him in the third person because the wider press covers him, which is worth knowing before you read one.
His own long-form write-ups, with the labs attached, are at tonyhuge.is.
What this site will not do
It will not hand you a dose. Documenting what somebody ran, and what their panel said afterwards, is a record. Telling a stranger what to inject is something else, and the difference is the whole editorial line.
It will not tell you a compound is safe. Most of what gets discussed here trades one thing for another, and the trade is the interesting part.
It will not pretend genetics are irrelevant. A jaw, a hairline and a response to testosterone are all partly inherited. Knowing which part is inherited is how you avoid wasting years on the part that will never shift.
For adults 18 and over. Nothing here is medical advice, and none of it replaces a physician who reads your bloodwork.
